The lids are designed as asealed unit to keep the product safe and fresh, and while adjustments have beentrialled, these affected the can seal and caused quality issues. A tip that may help is to gently lift the ring, then use a teaspoon to carefully lever it upwards to release the pressure more easily. We do understand this can be frustrating, and please be assured that we’re continuing to review any opportunities to improve ease of use while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

A: For the canned products, refrigerate once opened and use within 3 days.  For the air dried products (not treats), store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.  Reseal any partly used bags and use within 8 weeks of opening.
