A: We understandring-pull cans can sometimes be difficult to open. The lids are designed as asealed unit to keep the product safe and fresh, and while adjustments have beentrialled, these affected the can seal and caused quality issues. A tip that may help is to gently lift the ring, then use a teaspoon to carefully lever it upwards to release the pressure more easily. We do understand this can be frustrating, and please be assured that we’re continuing to review any opportunities to improve ease of use while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

A: Air dried is gently heated and chewier, while freeze dried is flash frozen, super light, and retains slightly more nutrients. Both are minimally processed and fish based, making them healthy options for pets.

A: Yes — this food can be a great option for your pets with allergies or sensitivities. Because it’s made from high quality fish protein it tends to be easy to digest and less likely to trigger common food sensitivities compared with foods containing multiple grain fillers or artificial additive

A: For the canned products, refrigerate once opened and use within 3 days.  For the air dried products (not treats), store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.  Reseal any partly used bags and use within 8 weeks of opening. For the freeze dried/air dried 'treats', store in a cool, dry place. Use within 14 days after opening.
